The Ministry of Buildings and Grounds consists of maintenance, replacement, and
improvements of our buildings, operational items such as HVAC systems and other
equipment, and grounds. The Junior Warden is responsible for general oversight with the
assistance of the Sexton. The Vestry reviews and approves all expenditures.

In 2025, the Buildings & Grounds ministry staged the implementation of the decades-old HVAC equipment, installed new and improved locks and security camera systems, selected the lift to be installed in the future to help our more mobility-challenged parishoners and visitors, installed fiber internet, and cleaned up various basement classrooms for future use.
In 2026, the ministry hopes to continue the renovation of the remaining units and begin to plan for more future improvements including a new roof, plans for the playground, potential for increased parking spaces, and improvements of the classrooms for the future retur of children's Sunday School classes.
